During the Acacia Hall project we installed a coffer dam upstream and a temporary pumping station diverting the flow of water beyond the work site enabling the removal of the existing concrete viaduct and installing a new meandering river bed.

These works included bank stabilization, river bed construction, reed bed installation and living bank webbing to all surfaces.

The finishing touches included

A renovation of the southern water owned asset was also on the to-do list.

Installing a break water riffle, stone filled gabion baskets to direct the flow of water surges and bank stabilzations.

This allowed the pumping station to continue its work without eroding the adjacent banks any further.

A full renovation of the coach house was conducted, new road installation including attention system for surface water, the full finishing works package and the installation of 2 new bridges to increase access capabilities for HGVs and commuters.

Alongside this overhaul, the 278 package created a new bus route and access to Acacia Hall. This was a vital development adding 350 needed parking spaces 

Our Sittingbourne project boosted an elegantly created hand crafted stone wall with electric gates leading into to the development and surrounding areas.

Installation included all deep line drainage, road formations and finishing works.

The scope of works also included relocating the existing equine facility to a new location to enable the development.

Creating SUDs and attenuation tanks to control water on a notorious flood plain, installing new access roads to the facility, renewing the existing foul treatment plant with a new model and the enabling works for the construction of a new barn.

With the development now clear for the construction phase to begin we installed all the deep line foul and storm for the development, a foul treatment plant to service all properties and a pumping station for outflow, foundations and sub structures were installed to engineers drawings upon the customers designs.

All our sub-structure works are fully inspected and signed off by building control and local authorities with the highest possible score.

Working in this industry we have developed a strong repour working closely with these inspectors on several projects.

With foundations nearing completion and the S104 drainage being signed of by Southern Water, our current work phase nears completion with a few housekeeping matters to attend to.
